It would be good if you have the words "cam" or "cams" in it + 1 or 2 more words. Stick with .com and you will be fine. Try to avoid getting such a combination, which may sound as "scams" in the whole domain name altogether. Such as gaySCAMS, matureSCAMS, etc.
