NK can't take on the West or any of its allies. This firing was to test a product they sell to other nations. It was a decent test and sales will come from it.
Without China and Russia on America's side nothing much will happen. The problem is all the agencies providing NK with food. Just enough to stop the Army turning on the rulers.
Should the food stop feeding the Army, NK will change.
