intelligence is not really a quality feature - hitler, goebbels, mao tse tung and even stalin had a high IQ. but there is a HUGE difference between emotional intelligence or the so called "contra intelligence".
the point is for WHAT intelligence is used.
in case of trump i doubt that he is intelligent at all and additionally he is not emphatic what would even help him to use a small brain in favour of his country.
i would not say that he is the most stupid person on the planet but i would sign, that he is the most stupid person with power in his hand on this planet.
