Doesn't matter if he's a fuckup. His supporters can't see it because their heads are up his ass. A good % of them believe the bowling green massacre occurred, that's the kind of blind stupidity people are up against. He and his staff lie outright with out trying to hide it
As for high IQ. There's book smart and street smart. His IQ is getting out of paying debts, bankrupting companies while lining his pockets, etc(con man)
