Our governer appealed to Donald 3 days ago to declare a federal state of emergency for FEMA relief to bring in the national guard to help strengthen the dam, but Donald has been too busy tweeting about his daughter, golfing at Mara largo and dancing with the Japanese PM to respond!!!
