I'm looking for someone who isn't going to lock the domain name, fuck up my nameservers and mess with my MX records at the drop of any conflict.
I have no WHOIS protection. I'm not hiding from anyone.
As far as jurisdiction. Precedent has determined that jurisdiction is set wherever the registrar is located. If I'm going to be taken to court I want it to be here in the US.
