I have a similar problem....I got suspended due to security reasons and they needed more info....so I faxed the documents (copy of my bank statement and credit card statement) but since the address on my account is in UK and credit card in France this was not accepted, so I faxed them to change my address, but only to get a email saying to change it myself in the admin area...BUT you can't change country inthere???????
Wrote helpdesk/support several times without replies and my account says documents recieved - under review...this has been almost two months now!
Any idea on what to do???
