Well I did that - and found a source that neither left or right leaning and looks like the rapes in 2016 were the same as they were in 2011 - and the great influx of immigrants started in 2015 so my conclusion from facts has to be that there is no change

I did note that they have a slightly higher rate than neighboring countries due to a definition change of rape they did in 2005 timeframe where a husband doing his wife while she is asleep is considered rape...and if he does it a few times each one is counted as separate incidents...and it seems the women in Sweden do report these - something I didn't know...so thank you for allowing me to learn something new today
