A refugee whose home is destroyed in a war doesn't HAVE any papers. And since Pres. Obama decided to make Assad's govt. the "enemy"...we have no way to ask for ANY kind of identification from Syria for these refugees even if they ever had any.

The refugees aren't coming in from Beverly Hills.
They are coming in from the freakin' desert in the Middle East out of a war torn country.
