What about the last time that the US had a February like this, was that Climate Change too?
George Soros funds Think Progress, his idea of progress is a world government which is funded by climate taxes, they were trying to work out an excuse to use for the taxes and came up with the idea to use the excuse of climate, they could have equally called it a disease tax or whatever they thought they could get away with.
