You guys have to cool it with the alarmist claims with this topic. it has an opposite effect. Steps should be taken, yes, but screaming that the sky is falling every time it is warm out is pretty ridiculous.

Hi Glen,
I know the difference between Weather and Climate. I didn't say its going back down to -14c here (Montreal), because it isn't. On Friday its supposed to be 4c, Saturday 14c, then 1, then 3, 6, 8,1, 0, and next week down to -1. That's nowhere close to -14.
And of course, everyone understands that a day-long spike in temperature doesn't really mean much, but I didn't post that either. Its the increased mean temperature that we should be freaking out about.
