Well despite the answers you're getting I'd be cautious in even wanting it.
The advertising dollars maybe there but offset the actual overhead don't think you're going to get much back. I'm sure both will overvalue their name and use figures not quite accurate. So a message board likely 3 to 5 million plus 6 months actual profits though I think that's over rated.

AVN likely 8 to 10 million with 6 to 1 year actual profits and guarantee's of various management levels for a time period. But keep in mind - why? is it to benefit your other sites/companies? A hard look into the actual numbers of traffic - sales etc. you may want to reconsider since you're basically buying a over rated message board that had it's glory days vs. a magazine targeting the adult world.

Then after all that's done you'll need to create and initiate a good marketing plan geared to increase profits either by changing the direction both companies are going or adding to their image and value to future advertisers. Which in short - is more likely where they make their money along with what happens at trade shows etc.
