I've just always done uturns in minnesota
I know some places you can't
I guess I didn't notice driving in Las Vegas about the u-turns, just cause I can do it where I am from. I did notice a lot of 2+ lane left turn lanes, and very wide streets.
I don't mind the driving in Las Vegas so much except during peak traffic hours on the main streets near the strip, very hard to change lanes. Yes I have heard people I know that live there talk about the U-TURNS and also about all the accidents and crazy drivers. I heard people drive crazy when it rains like a couple inches.
