If I understood correctly, then you will be the "agency" for a bunch of babes doing sexy bits in sexy lingerie ( solo).... So lets say if 10 is the "magic" number, the start up cost for the content ( if the models truly do it all separately from their homes)
3,000 each x10 = 30,000 and then 1,000 for 3h of material for each or 10,000 from all 10....
So your start up is 30 K for the initial 30h of content....if the content is well thought out and promoted you make your money back in a month and then you are into a profit, since next 30 h will only cost you 1/2 or less ( since the equipment and most of the wardrobe would have been already purchased)
If you do it a bit on the " sly"( which I would suggest) and shoot the models with the same equipment... Your start up would go down by 10,000 and you would have controlled quality...
On a membership site starting with 30 h of good original content and adding 30 h per month, you could get to 10,000 subscribers = at 19.99 / month to 200 K / month really quick...your overhead and new content less then 50 K/ month.. You do the math...
The caveat is you must know something about web building, getting traffic and marketing....otherwise you will have fabuouls site which nobody finds...
