A 13-year-old, who is accused of shooting and killing is 68-year-old great grandmother, had no remorse about committing the crime, according to Mobile County Sheriff's Office Captain Paul Burch.
"He was not remorseful in the least," said Burch "my conversation with him showed a very evil person and in 28 years I have not seen someone like that,"
19-year-old Erick Toomer was apprehended along with the 15-year-old suspect and Faulk's 13-year-old great grandson. During questioning by MCSO investigators, all three suspects confessed to the murder of Faulk.
