It's ALWAYS something. My rebills and total payout owed is now over $700. It's been over 3 months since I first requested payment, and all my emails have been polite and professional but I feel that I am mostly ignored. How is this in any way acceptable?
I have lots of amateur traffic that would work well with NN but how can I or anyone promote it if we have to hunt the owner down and hope to get paid?

as someone who is also responsible for paying people this is absolutely unacceptable. ish happens but at
minimum you should be in frequent contact with the debtor until the situation is solved. by frequent I mean days not weeks let alone months.
the bar for acceptable behavior in this business tends to be pretty low, we can all help raise that by expecting more from ourselves and the peeps/orgs we work with.

'leech' is not an appropriate descriptor
not trying to hate on this sponsor btw, if they're dealing with issues I've been there and I know how stressful it can be. bank and payoneer issues happen and they are fucking infuriating for all involved.
clearing that ish up doesn't take 3 months though, you get to a point where either the money is there or it isn't
I wish them the best, for both their sake and yours
no matter what's going on with them the way you're being treated is not ok though. it's on that basis alone that I'm responding
