I can appreciate NN trying to pay, really - I can understand payment issues, just keep me in the loop. Not answering emails doesn't help, and I only send them every other week or so when I don't get a response to my requests for payment. That's the way you have it set up. Why do you ignore them? I know I'm not the only one that has complained about this. If this processing issue has been going on this long, shouldn't there be a message in the affiliate admin about it?
I like the program, but from my experience the 'Request Payout' button in the affiliate admin really does nothing, sending request payout messages to affiliate support email might get me a response in a couple months, or posting to GFY gets a quick reply.
