The clip was RT = Russia Times
The clip was downloaded by RT, edited to make it look like the cop just shot someone without yelling into the house multiple times to come out, then uploaded by RT and blasted around the world getting hundreds and thousands more hits than the original unedited video.
ISIS does the same thing.
