I haven't heard of anyone get banned for posting someone else's photo. Just a different mindset. Takes a while to adjust to. I still get pissed if someone takes a photo I've taken from someone else

Someone else's photo but photo credit given. This approach makes people happy and satisfied on instagram. Most will msg you thanking you for posting their photo.
