You're always making excuses for Trump.
And Trump is always making promises he can't keep. Most presidents research what they can deliver before making promises, it's called "integrity"
Trump lied. No 100% American steel on the pipeline. 40% of the steel is from a Russian owned company headed by an oligarch... imagine that.
