what would happen if many people drop or are refused insurance? This is why this is a strawman. The Republicans will not have 100% support in their own party and 0% support from the Democrats. The bill is probably DOA in its first 'Ryan' incarnation.
Again, this is what I do not understand about the Republicans. No matter how this plays out they most likely look horrible. Their "best case scenario" has millions of Americans losing their healthcare, and the costs going up no matter what. Less people on healthcare is bad, and rising costs is bad.
