anyways, first hand experience suing someone in FL, with the firm I pm'ed to PN
cost to me out of pocket was less than what's owed if he does the leg work himself and he's already farther ahead than when I started in that he now knows the name and address of the debtor. I had to hire a skip tracer to search out that ish. the new address being a place with newspapers taped up over the windows (legit, living, residential address btw. ahh, florida)
what's different between that situation and this one is Brian doing the right thing so far in terms of staying in contact. so a small claims lawsuit is 100% possible even for this small sum but since we're not a group of kids I assume B will make good with each of us.
You stated somewhere you have control back of this pp account? Release the funds released to everyone owed and deal with your own stuff and I'll be the first to call out anyone who knocks you for this slip
Life happens, deal with it and know you're not alone when you dust off the knees after a fall

Well said, and personally I will always welcome honest feedback. Thanks again for the info and I will be exploring this option soon and will be contacting your contact.
I am hoping Brian will man up and make right but I doubt he's even reading this thread anymore. Scammers tend to run and hide when called out.
