It seems like overkill now.
The first ban fucked over all legal greencard holders & visa holders from those countries and many of those people were our allies in the ME war and were promised acceptance to America in exchange for their help. So was right to fight it.
Fighting the new watered down ban doesn't make sense to me as all the bad rules were taken out from what I heard.
