This from the WSOP rules:
"Exposed cards are dealt with on a situational basis, as stated in the rules of the specific variation of poker. When a card is exposed by the fault of the dealer, the rules of the game apply, and the player does not get a say in keeping or rejecting the card. Any card shown to one or more other players by the dealer is considered an exposed card, as is any card that is dealt off the table. As for the rest of his hand account, I find no irregularities with it.

Yea exactly and this is a cash game not a tournament tho...it's happened several times to me...one time I got an ace and then the dealer dealt another ace face up to me and i was pissed it was the burn card. I then got a low suited card and ended up felting 2 players with the nut flush
