She is right.
This is not a Republican vs Democrat thing. The bills have become so complicated and have so many details that just to fully understand what they are are passing they would have to dedicate a large number of their staff months to investigate it.... Just to figure out what it is.
This is why they say "making laws is like making sausages". No one knows what really goes into them.
