Instead of reaching out to me, making a payment arrangement, even getting me the 2257 docs and IDs for the content he DID send me (tho it was the wrong content) would've shown an act of Good Faith and I would have worked with the guy, avoiding all this hassle, headache and ruination of his reputation.

But many, many people do not handle their lives (or businesses) well so, in the end, it's not surprising. Sad and irritating, but not surprising.
