The Electoral College,
as stated in the constitution, is supposed to vote their conscience.
The GOP told all electors they had to vote Trump. Republican Electors who stated publicly that they refused to vote for Trump were replaced. That's not how the Electoral College is supposed to work. The Electoral College is broken.
