I couldn't agree more. NEVER talk someone into doing a shoot. In my opinion, that invites future legal issues.

I've honestly talked a couple out of doing a shoot, and I think I'm glad I did. In the end, I sleep easier knowing those that did the work, really wanted to do it and weren't talked into doing it by some horny performer who wanted to get his wang wet.
