I have a budget of $ 3000 and I'm looking to buy an old established site.

I've been on & off the industry but kept contact all the time and now I want to get back in business. I've been ah-me.com owner in 2001-2006 when I sold it.

Requirements:
- older than 3 years;
- general niche site, I am not looking for a very specific niche site , I want to be able to grow it and being already #1 in a niche means I can't make it bigger;
- most pages should be indexed in google and ranking in decent places for long tails keywords, please mention a few , if you can. So, no sites penalized in google please;
- some form of white/gray hat seo done in the past, I am looking for established sites with some decent links , no chinese backlinks, no gsa links, clean backlink profile;
- traffic volume is not important for me, I'll understand if you'll say you neglected the site but it could perform better in the future;
