Did trump really think they'd be able to push this through in a month or 2? Obama struggled for years to get enough Republicans on board...to pass his version. It had to be watered down so much, to get enough Republicans to say Yes. But it's also why so many are complaining about ObamaCare now. It's not his fault (Obama) ....it was the best and only possible scenario at the time.
