We need a basic invoice which for private guy a simple word doc that takes 5 minutes to prepare. For the min payout amount, indeed we increased the limit, as payments are time and energy consuming, not talking about cost. Also a lot of affiliates never replied to us since 6 months and we cannot keep in pending status hundreds of payouts because the 100 limit was reached and we could not pay the guys.

As simple as that, nothing else believe me, we wanna make money also, like you.
