I agree with this. When I lived in Australia my busy doctor had one receptionist, Hartley any paperwork and quick ring up. Here in the states my doctor has 5 employees, 3 if which are litterally faces in the computer doing paperwork. When I ring out it takes a good 2-3 minutes of clicking through their red tape system to check me out (not their fault) They are drowning in paperwork and regulations. Same routine when I goto get my prescription.
This needs to change.

Drug companies are run by evil greedy ruthless people. This needs to change, same for the insurance companies.
