If Brian Mike really wanted to get you shut down all he has to do is contact Kik Interactive and let them know you defrauded him under the name kikdirty and no doubt they will go after that domain.
I would just refund the man and get another domain...one that isn't infringing on anyone's trademark so that you're not wasting your time if they decide to take it from you.
