I could do this all day. You will lose your site. Don't bother building it because they can take it.

I know the history of these sites !! It happened because they said that they were part of Kik Interactive inc. !! when they not only did not have to write it but had to warn all visitors that they were only meeting to be able, to exchange their username but the site itself was not anything that was part of Kik Interactive inc.
