Those PipeLine in Canada is inspected yearly INCH BY INCH if not more , to mesure the Pipeline Steel thickeness and in the Mean time
if any part need to be replace they get Cut and Replace Very quick .

Sanblaster get in the hole and painter follow after this to put on a new Coat.

IMO our Canadian workers work hard to make it Safe for erveryone
