I wonder if anyone gave thought to those in the railroad and trucking biz that will be loosing their jobs because of the pipeline does not require as many good paying jobs to transport that oil to Texas where it will be refined and exported?
It is a heavy oil and can not be refined just anywhere.
And it is cheaper oil because of that fact. The refined products have a high profit margin in South America.
Just something to think about I guess if we are really going to count jobs.
