Trump is simply learning that he simply cant close the deal, right or wrong the deal requires more than just his approval, nothing against trump he is a good negotiator but unlike his business deals he has to have approval from people who want him to succeed as well as people who dont so its a huge uphill battle, no matter how good the deal may or may not be....but Obama, Clinton, Bush and all the rest had the same problem/
