And that photo is from a gay rally in Moscow in 2015. Organizers didn't get a permit, so police started arresting those who wouldn't clear the area. The same thing can happen in the US. Notice how HuffPo didn't give those details in the caption, leading one to believe he was arrested for being gay.

You can't trust that HuffPo site. They are to 2017 what Fox News was to 2005. Lying by omission.
