90% of Madagascar's land mass is slashed & burned every year to create coal for heating their population of 22 million people during the cold season. To avert a man-made natural disaster, and preserve the unique species only found on that island, we've signed a new treaty with Madagascar, the Save the Planet Import Coal treaty.
