Well, as a person who has never touched NATS other than setting up a link to a sponsor I would suggest that you avoid NATS because their humptysquaddles don't align with their piddlyfarkles which means that TMM will probably not be counting all the runkybits that you should be getting credit for.
If you do go with them, make sure that if you hit any issues that you take multiple screen shots, print them out on 8X10 color glossies, draw circles and arrows on them and write at least a paragraph on the back of each one.
