It's a good start, and establishes/reinforces legal precedent needed in future cases.
What I wonder is, how compliant PornHub will be, and more importantly how complete of a list of uploaders will they provide.
It's been alleged that they ripped videos and uploaded stolen content. If true, will they be forthcoming with the court order and list themselves as participants.
