YES, it has been confirmed.
When I asked to one of the webmasters he had a reciprocal linking deal with, he confirmed what i guessed:
HE IS TRICKING THE OTHER WEBMASTERS!

Why he does it?
Is goal is to hide to Google what he's linking (Cloaking - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cloaking)
As i said the main reason he does that is to disguise A-B reciprocal links (more than 50 would be bad for Google), but he applies this bad seo technique to links to websites in other languages and unsafe virus sites as well.

a) In this way he renders to Google an optimized version of his website, and a different version to its visitors;
b) he keeps getting new reciprocal links, confident that he will simply hide them to Google and webmasters.

All the friends/fake accounts/puppets of theporndude can post all the comments and the images they want, but i won't stop asking:

WHY THEPORNDUDE.COM (PikaPoka) KEEPS TRICKING OTHER WEBMASTERS AFTER HIS MASSIVE DROP / PENALIZATION?

He is not using the Cloaking AFFILIATE links functionality to cloak just the AFFILIATE links but to render to Google an optimized version of his website! How? Considering as AFFILIATE links also the links that are not AFFILIATE, but that he wants hide to Google! Why? Because he can't shows to Google the huge amount of reciprocal links he has. Plus he thinks it is a clever idea to hide some link to website in other language, or to websites that he thinks could host malware.

SO THAT, IS HE TRICKING HIS PARTNERS? YES, I attached the proof in various comments in this discussion.

IS THEPORNDUDE.COM STRATEGY AGAIN GOOGLE GUIDE LINES? Yes he has lost all his traffic and is:
- showing to Googlebot a version and a different one to its visitors
- collecting too many articial links
