The podcast is the least mentally taxing podcast in the world IMO. So they have him on when they want to better understand whatever is going on in the world. Recently with all the Flynn stuff, they had him on to explain what all this means. Really good segment and worth listening too - Starts at 1h:01m in

The jist of it is that, Trump can't be a fascist because he is too dumb, that the Establishment vs Trump has been Trump getting his ass kicked. That Flynn isn't or was never with the Russians, he asked for Immunity because he probably needs it from the foreign agents act. When he left his Gov job is that he did consulting (that everyone in Government does this, thats how they make their nut, foreign countries pay you to tell them how people you worked with in washington think, basically give them all the info you know)
Flynn was doing that and taking money from a Turkish business man who was connected to the Turkish Government, and filed it under another act. Ie: he isn't a Turkish Agent because it wasn't directly from the Government... After he resigned he insta filed as an agent with Turkey which seems to be that he was taking money from the guy while national security adviser which is bad. But probably wouldn't go to jail over that. But that there could be something else, but it's clear that he did break that first law.
TLDR: Russian's didn't cause Trump to win, they used bots and fake news to influence but didn't cause it.
