I dunno, to me that phrase means a dude who acts like an adult, is trustworthy and honest, handles his ish without drama or turning into a pissy little bitch, elevates himself without diminishing others and isn't afraid to experience new situations, ideas and people. I think 'real women' display similar characteristics, not to be confused with REAL Women who actually really don't like women.
