When was the last time you were genuinely scared?
There is a section of Sacramento that houses our homeless population. We see the outskirts of this area when we take the 160 into downtown Sacramento. This past weekend I made a wrong turn right into this area and suddenly found myself surrounded by hundreds of homeless people all looking at me as if I had lost my mind. There was hundreds of people all just standing around, slowly walking towards my car. It was sort of like the Walking Dead.
For the first time in my life was a little bit scared.
Anyone ever had something like this happen?
