All of that is very very true. Problem I think is SK cannot afford to get stuck with millions of refugees. SK economy is struggling I think. Thats been one of the main reasons for patience and diplomacy. But I guess that has finally run out.
The JP Gov just nationalized 273 islands to the south of Japan. They plan civilian and/or military outposts on all of the habitable ones.
