They have missiles aimed at everyone. They won't do a damned thing -- they have more to lose than to gain.
Those Chinese troops could be closing the border too -- that is most likely -- preventing a refugee crisis.
Fat Boy may be between a rock and a hard place. Or it is just another bluff.
