Chicago used to be nice live in (I did for a few years) now it's turning into a more militarized version of Detroit.

In 2014, the latest data officially released by the Chicago Police, there were 433 homicides. Of these, just 128 (29%) had a corresponding prosecution.

Keep in mind that blacks and Hispanics make up 39% of the entire population of Chicago yet are responsible for 95.9% of all homicides.
