Everyone yelling freedom while it's only legalization will be a tightly controlled market essentially making the government themselves as your new dealer taking a stiff tax and reaping almost all the benefits of this non issue.
If anything this should be done in the US where people have been and are being locked up for petty possession laws for long sentences. This was never an issue here.
