You're betting they won't sue you.... or name you in a lawsuit targeting a host or other tube site or anyone else.

If you feel that waking up one day to a multi-million dollar lawsuit (statutory damages per instance of infringement) is a reasonable risk in the course of making hundreds or 1000s of dollars, then go for it.

"everyone does it" won't matter when the process server finds you.

its one thing to tell yourself there's safety in numbers. its quite another entirely to do the exact same thing that people in this biz have been sued for already with the logic that "everyone does it" as a defense.
